Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread (sourdough or French), broken in pieces
    20 oz. pineapple (chunk or tidbit)
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix bread and pineapple together; put in casserole.
    Beat eggs. Add sugar, pineapple juice and butter.
    Beat and pour over pineapple and bread. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
