Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef round cubes, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 c. Burgundy wine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
    8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms (more can be added, if preferred)
    1/4 c. dry seasoned bread crumbs
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a shallow covered casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Serve over a bed of egg noodles or rice.
