Chess Pie (Egg) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    9 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cream butter until fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar; cream well.
    Add egg yolks, one at a time.
    Reduce speed to slow; add milk and seasonings.
    Place in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Then, reduce heat to 300\u00b0; cook for 30 more minutes.
