Scotch Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter (half butter, half margarine)
4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add flour slowly, about 2 cups, with electric mixer.
Work the rest in with hands.
Add only as much flour as butter will absorb.
When dough no longer sticks to bowl, enough flour has been added.
