Dumpling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. skim milk (may take a little more)
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in shortening. Add milk to make a stiff dough.
    Roll dough out to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 1-inch strips or squares.
    Drop into chicken stock.
