Rice And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole onion
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    olive oil
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 lb. choppe meat
    1/2 box rice
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Coat bottom of pot with olive oil.
    Saute chopped meat and drain fat.
    Saute onion and mix with meat.
    Add tomato paste, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
    Fill pot 3/4 full of water.
    Add chicken to cook on medium flame and cook for 2 hours or until chicken is ready.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Boil rice when ready to remove chicken from gravy and add rice to it.
    Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Feeds 6 to 8 people.
