Ingredients

1 1/2 c. wheat berries or whole wheat flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
milk to desired consistency (1/2 to 1 c.)
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. oil (optional)
1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Put berries in blender first, then add everything else. Blend on high until smooth as you like it.
Heat griddle until you can drop a drop of water and it bounces across it.
