Country Style Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3-4 lbs. country style
1/3 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. apple cider vinegar
1/4 C. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. ketchup
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Place spare ribs in dutch oven.
Add enough water to cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer covered for one hour or until ribs are tender.
Drain; place in 9x13 baking dish.
Heat oven to 300 degrees.
In medium skillet, saute onion in margarine. Stir in remaining ingredients, and cook until heated through. pour sauce over ribs.
Bake 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
Serves 5-6.
