Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 yellow cake mix
Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place rhubarb in bottom. Sprinkle jello over rhubarb.
Sprinkle sugar and add marshmallows. Spread prepared cake mix on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
If frozen rhubarb is used, extend cooking time to 1 hour.
