Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced celery (preferably the heart)
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard, dissolved in a little water
    dash Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives or 1 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cut the avocados open and scoop out all the meat.
    Quickly sprinkle lemon juice over it to keep it from turning dark.
    Add oil, sugar, salt, pepper, celery and mustard.
    Mash avocado and blend all ingredients thoroughly.
    Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle Tabasco sauce and chives over top.
    Serves 4.
