Baked Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
Preparation
    Combine milk with cheese, onion, salt, mustard and egg.
    Add mushrooms.
    Pour into shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set firm.
    While mushrooms are baking, prepare spinach according to package directions.
    Drain well.
    Before serving, arrange spinach around the edge of mushroom dish.
    Serves 4 to 6.
