Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. water
    1 fryer or parts of chicken (your choice)
    1 can chicken soup
    1 envelope onion soup or minced onion
    1 can water
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Put rice and 1/2 cup water in greased casserole.
    Place chicken on top.
    Sprinkle onion mix over chicken.
    Mix chicken soup and water.
    Pour over
    casserole.
    Cover
    with
    foil
    and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
