Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. pickling spices
Preparation
-
Boil all ingredients for approximately 5 minutes and then pour into a wide mouth jar or container and add hard-boiled eggs (peeled).
Let set overnight.
Will keep for weeks.
