Ingredients

1/3 c. cold water
1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 pkg. chocolate Alba shake mix
1 pkg. artificial sweetener
1/3 c. dry nonfat milk
1/3 c. boiling water
6 to 8 ice cubes
Preparation

Blend cold water and gelatine in blender 1 minute.
Add shake mix, sweetener, milk and water.
Blend 1 minute, adding the ice cubes.
Yields 2 servings.
