Easy Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken or beef broth
    1 can water
    1 can beets with juice, sliced or cut
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix broth, water and beets in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Lower heat.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Blend flour and sour cream.
    Pour some hot soup into cream to warm.
    Pour into soup.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve over boiled potatoes or noodles, if desired.
    Or just serve with bread and butter.
