Frango Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 capful peppermint
Preparation

Melt chocolate chips.
In bowl, mix margarine, powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla well.
Add melted chocolate chips and peppermint to mixture.
Beat well.
Drop by small globs on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and chill.
