Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, parboiled
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 pkg. herb dressing
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix carrot, onion, pimento, sour cream and soup in large bowl. Add drained parboiled squash, salt and pepper to taste. Pour into large casserole. Toss dressing in stick of butter and spread on top of mixture.
    Bake 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
