Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
    2 to 3 garlic cloves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg yolk
    3 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    romaine lettuce
    freshly ground pepper
    additional grated Parmesan cheese
    croutons
Preparation
    Whisk together the first 8 ingredients.
    Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
    Place thoroughly dried lettuce in a large bowl (tear leaves horizontally across spine) and toss with the dressing.
    Season generously with pepper; garnish with croutons and sprinkle with additional grated Parmesan cheese on top.
