Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag or 16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
Toss until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
Yields 4 servings.
Has 60 calories each.
