Mandarin Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center cut pork chops (about 1 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Realemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
    1 (11oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides; remove from pan.
    In skillet, add remaining ingredients except orange segments and green peppers.
    Cook and stir until slightly thickened.
    Add pork chops;
    cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
    Add orange segments and green pepper, heat through. Makes 4 servings.
