Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburg
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper (peppercorns)
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Mix everyday for next 3 days.
    Fourth day, make into rolls.
    Bake on broiler rack at 150\u00b0 to 175\u00b0 for 8 hours.
