Jelly Roll Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can pie filling (cherry, blueberry or apple)
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla and almond extract.
    Spread 2/3 of batter in 11 x 15-inch greased baking pan.
    Cover with pie filling.
    Drop remainder of batter on top in small bits here and there.
    While still warm, drizzle with glaze (one 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 to 2 tablespoons milk and flavor with almond extract).
    Bake 40 minutes.
