Pumpkin Pie(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
    2 eggs, beaten or 1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. skim evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in blender.
    Pour into 9-inch pie pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
