Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. grated coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually; beat until glossy.
    Fold in flour, salt, vanilla and coconut.
    Line baking sheet with greased heavy brown paper.
    Drop mixture by teaspoons on paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen.
