Fried Chicken I - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
Preparation

Wash chicken. Pat excess water from chicken with a paper towel. Salt and pepper chicken; roll in flour, coating both sides. Fry in hot oil in a large frying pan, cooking on medium heat, until both sides are golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Continue cooking chicken until all chicken has been cooked.
