Herbed Beer Bread And Herbed Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 (12 oz.) bottle regular beer
3 Tbsp. sugar
herbs of your choice to taste
1/2 stick unsalted oleo or butter
1/2 c. cream cheese
3/4 c. unsalted oleo or butter
more herbs of your choice
Preparation
-
Mix the first four ingredients for one minute with a wooden spoon.
Pour into bread pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour 1/2 stick melted oleo over the top. Return to oven for about 30 minutes or until done.
Cool and remove from pan.
Mix the last three ingredients together to use as spread on the cooled sliced bread.
