Southern Style Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ore-Ida Southern-style potatoes (frozen)
    1 stick oleo, melted
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    2 c. crushed corn or Total flakes
Preparation
    Place potatoes in large pan.
    Pour melted stick of oleo over and mix. Separately, combine sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, cheese and soup. Mix this with potatoes.
    Pour into shallow baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
