Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. loosely packed grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until combined.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir until smooth.
    Pour in nuts. Gently fold in carrots.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Don't overbake.
    Cool in pans on racks 5 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
    Cool completely, then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
