Ranch Tortillas(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
2 green onions, chopped
4 or 5 (12-inch) flour tortillas
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, diced and drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (4 oz.) can sliced black or green olives or equivalent
Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese, Ranch dressing and chopped green onions together in small bowl.
Spread evenly on tortillas. Sprinkle remaining ingredients evenly over tortillas.
(Don't overdo.)
Roll tortillas and place seam side down on plate. Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours.
Take knife and slice crosswise about 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick slices.
Arrange on serving plate. These are guaranteed to disappear quickly!
