Blueberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
3 c. blueberries
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 (9 oz.) pkg. whipped topping
Preparation

Mash cream cheese until soft; beat in sugar, vanilla and topping.
Pour 1/2 of cream cheese mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish, then blueberry mixture.
Top with remainder of cream cheese mix. Cool in refrigerator.
