Tennessee Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. apples, sliced thin
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix these ingredients together and spread on cake.
