Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 oz. corn meal
    1 c. cooked squash
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    3 oz. cooked chicken or turkey
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix.
    Bake 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Makes 1 serving.
    Equals 1 bread, 1 vegetable, 3 proteins and 1 fat.
