"You Name It"(Vegetable) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix flour and cheese.
    Add other ingredients.
    Turn into shallow Pyrex baking dish.
    Lightly grease bottom of dish.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Excellent for brunch, but good anytime. This takes the place of a vegetable.
