Pork Roast With Sausage And Spinach Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage links, casing removed
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 lb. boneless center cut pork loin roast
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine onion soup mix, spinach, sausage, bread crumbs, almonds, eggs, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon garlic and pepper; set aside.
