3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. maple-flavored pancake syrup
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

On a baking sheet, combine butter, pecans, salt and 1 tablespoon sugar and spread into single layer. Roast at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Stir and roast 15 minutes longer; cool.
