Chicken Wiggle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 hen or large fryer
1/2 stick margarine
2 bell peppers
2 onions
1 jar small pimento
1 box angel hair noodles
1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1/4 bottle hot sauce
1 small can English peas, drained
1 small can mushrooms, drained
Preparation

Boil hen until tender.
Remove from bone and chip into small pieces.
Cook noodles in broth.
Prepare sauce by melting margarine and adding chopped peppers, onions and pimento.
Cook until soft; then add chopped mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, chicken and peas.
Simmer a few minutes and add to drained noodles.
