Scalloped Potatoes And Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1/2 c. ham, chopped
    6 slices Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. onions, sliced thin
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    4 to 6 Tbsp. butter
    milk
Preparation
    Butter a baking dish about 10-inches square.
    Lay in it a layer of potatoes, onion, ham and cheese and season with salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Continue this procedure until ingredients are used up.
    Pour in milk so that it is just even with the top layer of potatoes.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 30 to 45 minutes until brown.
