Frozen Cocktail Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can fruit cocktail
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Drain cocktail.
Soften cream cheese and blend with mayonnaise and lemon peel.
Stir in cocktail and marshmallows. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff.
Fold into fruit mixture.
Pour into loaf pan lined with waxed paper.
Freeze until firm.
Unmold and slice.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
