Fresh Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 medium apples, peeled and diced
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and
    eggs.
    Beat
    at
    medium speed 3 minutes; add vanilla.
    Combine
    dry ingredients;
    add to above mixture.
    Fold in chopped apples and pecans.
    Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake is done.
