Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    2/3 c. olive or salad oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic
    2 lb. small fresh mushrooms, washed
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, oil, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice in a large container with cover.
    Add garlic and mushrooms. Marinate several hours or days in refrigerator.
    Remove garlic and serve.
