Easy Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 cube margarine
    1 1/8 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    3 to 4 c. peeled, chopped apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, powder and salt. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Add milk. Stir until blended.
    Knead gently 12 times. Roll dough (about 1/4-inch thick) into a rectangle. Brush with melted margarine.
