Princely Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pepper
    flour
    4 extra lean pork chops (1 lb.)
    1Tbsp. oil
    4 thin slices onion
    4 thin slices lemon
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. salt-free catsup
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (no salt added)
Preparation
    Pepper and flour chops.
    Brown in oil. Drain off excess oil. Top each chop with a slice of onion, then a slice of lemon.
    Mix water, sugar, catsup and liquid smoke.
    Pour over chops.
    Cover and cook over low heat 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
