Rhubarb Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. flour
7 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2/3 c. oleo or butter
3 to 4 oz. box strawberry Jell-O
Cool Whip or ice cream
4 c. finely cut rhubarb
2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
3 to 4 small eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix the flour, powdered sugar and butter together and pat into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minute at 350\u00b0.
Meanwhile, prepare rhubarb, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix well with rhubarb.
Pour these last ingredients into the baked crust.
Bake approximately 40 minutes.
