Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices day old bread, cut in cubes
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 egg yolk
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 whole eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs and milk in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir in raisins.
    Beat eggs and yolk together. Stir in vanilla and sugar.
    Pour into bread and milk mixture; sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm.
    Cool before serving.
