Chicken Liver Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken livers
    salt and pepper
    half slices bacon
    mushrooms
    stuffed olives
Preparation
    On skewers, alternate chicken livers, sprinkled with salt and pepper, folded half slices of bacon, mushrooms and stuffed olives. Grill kabobs over charcoal or broil indoors 2 to 3 inches from heat, turning occasionally until done.
    To serve, rest skewer on plate.
    Push off food.
    Pass bottled meat sauce.
