Squash Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 squash (any summer squash)
3 Tbsp. fat
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Slice and fry any summer squash.
Place in a buttered casserole.
Add 1 recipe Creole Sauce.
