Crispy Crust Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. instant potato flakes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Wash chicken breasts.
    Remove skin, if desired.
    Pat dry.
    In bowl, beat egg and milk.
    In a separate bowl, mix potato flakes, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
