Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. fresh corn
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Combine flour,
    baking powder and salt.
    Blend milk and egg together and add, gradually, to the dry ingredients.
    Stir in corn.
    Drop
    by teaspoonfuls into hot, deep oil.
    Cook 2 to 5 minutes until browned.
    Serves 4 to 6.
