Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head solid green cabbage, sliced and/or chopped
bacon fat or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Steam cabbage until crisp-tender.
Melt fat or margarine in large skillet with lid.
Add cabbage.
Cook until all liquid is gone and cabbage just starts to brown, stirring occasionally.
