Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 baked pie crust
Preparation
    Boil raisins and water together for 3 minutes.
    Add milk. Scald, but do not boil.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add to raisin mixture.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add beaten egg yolks mixed with a small amount of milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Cook 2 minutes. Pour into baked pie crust.
